The Library and the LRC will be open as follows during the exam period:
Monday 6th to Friday 10th June 8.30am – 8.30pm
Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th June 9.00am – 7.00pm
Monday 13th to Thursday 16th June 8.30am – 8.30pm
We will open from 9.00am to 5.00 pm on Friday 17th June, but will be closed on Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th June.
It is most important that you check your library record, return any outstanding items and settle any library debts before you leave the College. The deadline for returning loans and payment of outstanding fees is 5.00pm on Friday 17th June. You can pay at the library desk by cash, cheque or – for fees of £5 or over – by card. Alternatively, you can pay your library fees at Student Services, who will have a current record of all fees outstanding.
Please note that after this deadline, details will be passed on to the Senior Management team at Guildford, and to the Assessments Office. If fees remain unpaid, your exam results may be withheld.
